Gareth is an experienced lawyer in the georesources field. He has more than 15 years’ experience working in senior legal roles in the UK and three other continents where he has developed excellent technical, legal and negotiating skills.

While working in the UK, Gareth spent six years in private practice with a top-tier corporate firm, primarily focused on private equity deals as well as mergers and acquisitions in the oil and gas sector.

He has since held executive positions with multi-national oil and gas corporations in North America, Europe and Asia, including as head of legal. Each of those roles involved global legal oversight and capitalised on his pragmatic business approach.

Gareth is also a professionally certified business coach.
