Qteq was contracted by an Australian exploration company to provide all Openhole, Cased hole, Tubing Conveyed Perforating and Pipe recovery wireline logging services on a remote onshore drilling project in Timor Leste. Qteq successfully mobilised 35 tons of equipment within four weeks to ensure all open hole and cased hole services including explosives were on site before the spud date.
Logging in remote locations on a deep well requires a different approach to logging a large volume of shallow CSG wells. The key is exhaustive preparation and planning with experienced people and Qteq built a team of highly professional individuals from five different nationalities with a total Oil and Gas experience of over 200 years, giving Qteq one of the most experienced Wireline teams in the region.
