Andrew brings over 15 years of experience in the mining, oil, and gas industries, both locally and internationally.

He began his career in research and development and coal exploration services, gaining extensive expertise in instrumentation and telemetry, coal seam analysis, methane properties, and laboratory procedures. His work encompassed product manufacturing and support, IT systems, scientific software coding, device firmware coding, product development, electronic design, and field service support.

Andrew later broadened his expertise to include CSG completions, sensor development, technology integration, PLC SCADA systems, and hazardous area compliance.

In 2021, Andrew transitioned into a managerial role, establishing and formalising workflow processes and procedures to optimise the manufacturing and assembly division, setting the foundation for future growth. After successfully building the AMO function, he assumed the role of Technology Manager, where he continues to drive innovation and technical excellence.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering, majoring in Computer Systems, from the University of Southern Queensland. He is a member of Engineers Australia (MIEAust), a Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), and a Registered Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) in the Electrical discipline.
