Adam is an operational high performer with over 10 years’ experience in the georesources industry in Australia.

Adam started his career in remote mineral wireline logging where his troubleshooting, precision and exemplary customer service skills were built and honed.

In 2012 Adam moved into the CSG sector, working for WellDog. In his position with this company, he was required to continue to deliver performance and cost enhancements and improvements to customers, whilst helping to secure repeat contracts through exemplary KPIs and industry relevant metrics.

Since transferring to an office based position, managing a team of skilled and technical staff through a period of hypergrowth, Adam has acquired significant managerial skills to innovatively solve the challenges faced by a company undergoing rapid large-scale expansion.
